We accept returns for damaged and faulty products within 30 days, free of charge. To make the return process easier, please carefully read the details.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: We have confidence in the quality of our products, so if you receive a faulty or damaged print from us, we will replace it promptly and at no additional cost.
If an item is delivered in a damaged condition, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse delivery, and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged after delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your print at support@posterscanvas.com, and our team will assist you. If you need to return the product to us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
All prints should exactly match the products depicted on our website. If you’re unsatisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation, please contact us at support@posterscanvas.com, and we will conduct further investigation and arrange for a priority reprint free of charge.
Cancellations and Changes: As we print on demand, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order (including print selection and size) once it has been placed. However, we can update your email and delivery address before your order is dispatched. As we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, address change requests should be made as soon as possible.
Change of Mind: As we print on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
We recommend taking the time to select the perfect print for your space. If you need a second opinion or advice, please don’t hesitate to contact us! Also, please ensure that you measure carefully. Cutting a sheet of paper to the exact size of the print you’re considering and sticking it to the wall with blue-tack can help you visualize how the print will look in your space. This will give you a good idea of how the print will look in your space.
