Shipping to PO Boxes?
Shipping to PO Boxes Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be made to a physical address. However, we are happy to deliver to your workplace or company address.
Who Will Deliver Your Parcel? For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we provide courier delivery. It is essential to provide clear delivery instructions if you are not available to receive the parcel. Our couriers will not leave parcels unattended unless delivery confirmation is provided.
How Long Does Delivery Take?After placing your order, delivery typically takes approximately 2-7 business days, depending on your exact location. If you’re curious about the status of your order, you can track its progress here.
What If Your Print Sustains Damage During Transit?While we take great care in packaging our prints for shipping, we also fully insure them throughout the shipping process.
If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, request the courier to return it and immediately notify us at support@posterscanvas.com.
If your parcel is left unattended and shows signs of damage to the packaging, please inform us within 24 hours. Attach photos of the damage to both the box and the print to your email, enabling us to arrange for a replacement promptly.
